I have started this new blog as a way to express my "real life" issues.
The issues life hands us that no one posts on FB or "our family is so cute-look at us" blogs.
No family is perfect.
I have tried so hard to be that perfect mom.
There isn't a perfect parent.
I became a mom at a very young age. 16. By the time I was 23, I had 4 kids.
I worked everyday to not be a statistic.
I work everyday so my kids will be proud and become well rounded adults.
I am learning the hard way that no matter how much time and love you invest in your children, they will still make their own choices.
Choices you will not aways agree with or understand.
They will make choices that I have no control over.
I am not my children's only influence, I can only pray that I will be their greatest.
My oldest will be 17 next month.
Being a parent of teenagers is hard
They face issues we never had to deal with growing up.
Together we cry, laugh, yell, and pray.
